Forest Chase

It was getting dark out, and the small animal I was carrying was trying to wriggle free. I had found this creature in the woods, and I was trying to take it back to my house. However, it was very hard to find the right trail.

I tried to retrace my steps to find the right path. Maybe if I could find some lights or something to help me find my way back home. I started running through the woods, carrying the small animal in my hands as I tried to get back on the trail.

Suddenly, there was a growling sound. I yelled, and the small animal jumped out of my hands. I ran to grab the animal, when suddenly, a bear started to chase me. I picked up the small animal, and I then ran until I saw some lights. I went towards the lights, but there was just a campsite, which consisted of a tent and a fire pit surrounded by torches. I then carefully went inside the tent to try to find something that could help me, and then I found a flashlight, and grabbed it.

The flashlight worked, but the people inside of the tent woke up and started to chase me. I then ran through the forest, with the flashlight in one hand and the small animal in the other. I then could see some of the things I saw while going through the woods: some fallen branches and tree stumps. I then saw the start of the trail, where the parking lot and visitor's center was. I then turned off the flashlight and put it on the ground. Just then, the people who were in the tent caught up to me. I then quickly ran into the car, with the small animal in my hands, and drove back home as the people who were in the tent got the flashlight and went back to their campsite.
